These terms apply when you use Mossy: ADHD Games for Adults (“the app”), an Android app published by Snoochie Soft, Bydgoszcz, Poland. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.
Mossy is a collection of short games for personal use. You may play them on your own devices. Do not copy, resell or re-publish the app or its artwork and sounds.
Mossy is a game and a way to take a short break. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, including ADHD. If you have health concerns, talk to a qualified professional.
Some games are free. The rest are unlocked with a single one-time purchase called Full Unlock. There are no subscriptions and no ads.
Purchases are made through Google Play. Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its policies.
The app includes open-source fonts, icons and software under their own licenses, listed inside the app.
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for losses resulting from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
