These terms apply when you use Fake Chat Maker & Text Message (“the app”), an Android app published by Snoochie Soft, Bydgoszcz, Poland. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.
Fake Chat Maker lets you write mock conversations and export them as images, for storyboards, jokes, mock-ups, teaching, design work and entertainment. Everything is made by you and stays on your phone.
Do not use the app or its images to deceive or defraud anyone, to harass or defame a real person, to impersonate a real person or organisation in a way that could mislead others, to fake evidence, or for anything illegal. You are responsible for what you create and share, and for the rights to any photos you add.
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob and adds a small watermark to exported images. Pro is a one-time purchase that removes ads and the watermark. Pro is not a subscription and does not renew.
Purchases are made through Google Play. Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its policies.
The app includes open-source fonts and software under their own licenses, listed inside the app.
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for losses resulting from using the app or from images you create with it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
