This policy explains what the Android app Loopclass: Schedule Planner ("the App", package app.loopclass.planner) does with information. The App is published by Snoochie Soft. The short version: there is no server of ours, and your planner stays on your phone and, if you choose to sign in, in a private folder of your own Google Drive. The free version shows one small banner ad from Google AdMob.
Publisher: Snoochie Soft. Privacy questions: SnoochieSoft@proton.me.
We cannot see any of this. The App does not upload it to us.
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Google, the App receives your Google account email address (to show who is signed in) and permission to use the hidden application data folder of your own Google Drive (scope drive.appdata). The App stores a backup of your planner there so you can restore it on a new phone or keep two devices in sync. That folder is private to the App: other apps and we cannot read it, and it does not show up among your normal Drive files. We run no server of our own and never receive this data. You can sign out in the App, and you can remove the stored backup and the App's access in your Google Account (Security → Third-party access → Loopclass) or in Google Drive (Settings → Manage apps → Loopclass → Delete hidden app data).
We do not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera or location. The App contains no analytics and no crash-reporting service of ours.
The free version shows one small banner ad provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may process your advertising ID, device and app information (such as device model, OS version, IP address and approximate location derived from it) and ad interactions. Where required (EEA, UK), the App asks for your consent through Google's consent form, and you can change your choice in the App's settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings. See Google's advertising policy and privacy policy.
The optional one-time Premium purchase removes the ad.
The Premium purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. Google tells the App whether the purchase exists.
Android may back up the App's data to your own Google account (Android Auto Backup). This is controlled by your phone's settings and we have no access to it.
We hold no data about you on our servers. To delete everything: delete items inside the App, or open Android Settings → Apps → Loopclass → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the App. To delete the optional Drive backup, use Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Loopclass → Delete hidden app data. If you want to ask us to delete anything we might hold, write to SnoochieSoft@proton.me with the subject "Delete my data"; we reply within 30 days. For ad data, Google is an independent controller.
If you are in the EU or UK you have rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority). Since we do not hold your planner data, these are met by the controls above; you can also write to us.
The App is made for high school and college students aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy. The new version will appear at this address with a new date.
